성분인 전도용액을 통해 RF(Radio Frequency)energy
가 흐르게 된다. 충분한 energy가 공급되면
전도용액은 에너지가 충전된 분자 들로 이루어진
Plasma를 형성하여 그 Plasma층에 형성된
전압차에 의해 충전된 분자들이 목적조직으로
가속되며 주변 조직에 열에 의한 손상을 주지
않고 환부조직의 분자 구조를 분리 시키는
동시에 지혈작용도 이루어 진다.이 원리는
“ coblation” or Cool ablation(저온절제)라
불리우며 일반적 전기 수술기와 달리 비교적
저온으로 연조직을 수술하는 방법이다.
